Tech lead,
from payments to AI.

Narido leads the technical work on products that have to hold up, from payments platforms through cloud moves and on to release. AI sits in that same work now.

Services

Narido joins a team for a stretch of work and stays close to the code. When the engagement ends, the team can carry it.

  • 01

    Tech lead / fractional CTO

Some teams call this a fractional CTO. Narido holds the technical thread on a product: architecture, priorities, code review, and the decisions that are easy to postpone. When a team is blocked, Narido writes the code.

  • 02

    Cloud & DevOps

Systems move to the cloud with the pipelines and environments left in place. A release should be a command, not a ritual that depends on someone remembering the steps.

  • 03

    AI adoption

AI goes into a job the team already has. A report that used to take an afternoon. A first pass over a pile of documents. A person can check the result before it goes out.

  • 04

    Quality & delivery

The distance between a change and production gets shorter. Fewer tests, aimed at the failures that actually hurt. Releases small enough that a problem is easy to find.

Selected work

Recent products. The detail behind any of them is available on request.

  1. 01

A coach sends a short questionnaire, adds a few keywords, and gets a full guidance report in about four minutes. The same report used to take about ninety.

It covers Enneagram, RIASEC, and Jungian profiles. The coach gets an editable Word file, and a private link to an online version. The questionnaire can go out by email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

  2. 02

After a group training, the trainer's notes become a private online space for each participant. Each space has an Enneagram report, an AI helper for tricky conversations, and practice scenarios.

HR gets an anonymised report for the cohort. Trainers get a dashboard.

Both Genius Formers products run on Node and Postgres. The reports are generated with AI. They are available in French and Dutch, and they ship with Docker.

  3. 03

An AI that assembles a patient's medical history from documents that arrive in pieces. Built for clinics in Europe.

    Next.js, TypeScript, and Postgres.

  4. 04

    Setup and development.

Background

More than 20 years of hands-on work. Narido stays with a system until it holds.

  1. Payments and fintech platforms

Years inside the systems that move money. Ledgers, reconciliation, and the bank and scheme integrations that have to match to the cent.

  2. Cloud migration

Taking software off old hosting and putting it on the cloud. The useful part is the cutover, the rollback, and the week after, when the old machines can finally go.

  3. DevOps

Pipelines and environments around a product, so shipping does not depend on one person who remembers the steps.

  4. Quality engineering

Checks placed where a bad release would actually be caught. A few sharp tests, rather than a board full of green.

  5. Faster delivery

Smaller changes, a named owner, and less time between done and live.

  6. AI adoption for teams

The recent work. AI added to products and to the way a team produces them. Same rule as the rest: someone can read the output and stand behind it.
